1. It is quite tiring to answer every single question from a 4-year-old kid. Maklumla, budak baru nak up.
2. The questions are quite challenging actually, mengalahkan SPM. For instances: what is Apa? Why Aisyah kentut? Why I cant see sun directly, what are the meaning of those symbols (referring to all traffic signboards, buildings).
3. The tricks to attend these questions are: answer them correctly in the simplest way, draw diagrams, give analogies, use other bombastic words, get support from wife (i.e. xcaya tanya mama), make them busy with other things.
4. Few lessons that I learnt: Never lie to them! (I got wrong understanding in Sciences at school because my mom said there was volcano underneath earth that heated up hot-spring). Never shush them up! (They will just stop talking and asking questions, which will limit their knowledge, you should be worry by then). Do your best to explain, not to worry whether they understand or not! (They are smart creatures, they will link the info eventually. A piece of wrong info will ruin the basic structure of knwledege. So, dont lie!). If we dont know, just say we dont, and we will explain back to them when we do! (Honesty is the best policy, because if i know everything, i will not be sitting here interpreting logs, Dr Budi will be!).
Good luck!

Jogger's diary
There was one morning, when I was jogging, a group of dogs started barking and chasing me. It was my final laps and I was so tired, instead of running, I hold my ground and started barking like crazy dog. The dogs ran away... never been this proud in my life.

The Wall
The Wall
1. They said, the walls of hospitals have heard more prayers than mosques. True indeed!
2. Growing old, parents get older. Today, we had an appointment with ophthalmologists.
3. While waiting, I observed around and see lots of other patients. 90% were 'warga emas' and majority were accompanied either by their kids or in-laws. Their spouses either deceased or bedridden (Kelantanese are quite friendly, they talks a lot with each other and that's how I know).
4. This made me think of 'my other half'... So far, we were going through thick and thin together...'masam-masam manis', but that's what made the journey interesting. Aisyah spiced them up. But then, the future lies ahead of us. Will I be there for you? Will you be there for me?
Ngapain aja!
P/s: Credit goes to HUSM and its patients. Still waiting...

Stupid majority
Minority vs. Majority
1. Being surrounded by majority, one tends to follow the norms: both right and wrong. When it comes to the wrong thing, one tends to do it anyway, even in the state of minds, it is clearly wrong. Just because one does not want to be the ugly duckling, mission is a go!
2. Quoted from a book, one had a daughter. Just because the society treated a daughter as a curse of a family, he killed her. The plot was very saddening, where he had a walk in a desert with the daughter, he was sweating, daughter used her toys to wipe him, daughter dug a big hole because she taught they were playing, when the time came, he buried her alive. The reality was, he loved her whole heartedly, but the society did not. I hate this society!
3. Quoted from a story, one was accused for a serious misconducts. One was a quiet person but he tried to tell few closed friends. When the society mocked and insulted that personnel, nobody did nothing nor stand for him. I hate this society!
4. Quoted from a book, back in the 1960s, people stood still when the national anthem was on air. One was very old, his hearing was not good, so he was cycling when the song was on air. He got kicked in the stomach by persons in charged. Nobody came to help because majority treated that as normal punishment. I hate this society.
5. Quoted from personal experience, a JKkK asked me to sign a form for new painting job in the housing area. Before signing blindly, I flipped through and asked few questions for confirmation. Since the person was a senior, she got offended and told bad stories about it (not quite sure on her side of story). Society scolded me for that. I confronted back that even a menteri asked me to sign a form, I will definitely do the same.
6. Back in school, there was a stupid culture where the new form4 comers will be isolated from everything. Only minority tried to go against that, but majority kept doing it. It was a really stupid idea! At least minority tried.
7. Now, when you come to me saying that people dislike what I do for no solid reason, first of all you just declared yourself my enemy. Second, like I care that! I was in a situation where 99% went against me for 4 years. I survived, barely, but yet I survived. But if you got a point where is the mistake, now you gain my respect.
8. I urge people to increase their knowledge by reading. When the time comes, if you have to, go against the majority for the truth. You are not alone, even if you feel you are.
P/s: Kesejukkan air hujan waktu naik moto triggered part of the brain. Apparently, that part criticised the stupid majority.

Membaca Jambatan Ilmu
Membaca Jambatan Ilmu
1. I enjoy reading books. During public holidays or weekends, I wake up early in the morning. After prayer, I turn on the radio and sit to read. This is when Aisyah is still sleeping. My precious time!
2. I believe in saying 'you are what you eat, what you do and what you read'. Many years ago, I wonder how people manage to read such thick books, continuously. After trying 1000 times, through failures, sleepy head and sweats, I start to understand on my body and brain. Here are the tips...
3. I notice that I can watch heavy movies and understand them easily. By watching trailers and snippets before a movie, I can understand better. When I discuss the movies with friends, I can solve few other problems and see things from different perspectives. After a while, if I repeat to watch movies, it just becomes so easy to understand them.
4. The same things go to reading books. You dont have to understand every single words, as long as you are on the main track, a few wobbly paths would not hurt. Usually, I try to finish chapter by chapter.
5. Sometimes, when my eyes are tired, or when I just have few minutes of spare time, I would flip randomly to any pages and read any paragraphs. These are my trailers and snippets. So, when it comes to the chapters while reading, the trailers/snippets help a lot.
6. At work, when I am tired interpreting logs, I discuss the topics with friends (they are identified beforehand, and I value each of them for this same interest of reading). Finally, whenever I like, I reread old chapters. Thats what I do.
7. Good luck trying!
P/s: Brain/mind is just like other muscles, if you dont use them (or use seldomly), you will loose them, a.k.a. nyanyuk!
