First day of registration in SBP

1. I still remember the first day I registered to SMACH, one of the only three SBP in Kelantan.

2. My parents, especially my dad was so happy. He kept saying thank you Allah, as this was a bless to his family. It was a good starting point for my future. He kept saying hi , greeting everyone he met.

3. He said, if only he could register my brother together with me, he would do that even with a price of RM1000. RM1000 seemed so sacred amount at that time since that was quite impossible values to him.

4. While arranging my stuffs inside the locker, he kept teaching me to be more well-discipline, punctual, and hardworking in every things.

5. Now, that moments become treasures to me. That sacrifices that he made drive me through the ways in my life. I can never repay that, but I will do the same to others who need it.

Honesty is the best policy~

1. When we were small, parents told us not to take something doesn't belong to us. Teachers told us the same thing.

2. Our first lesson was when we found RM 0.20, we did not take it. Instead, we returned it to the owner if we happened to know it.

3. In secondary school, next lesson was when seniors took our stuffs without permission. We hated it so much and we swore not to do it to others.

4. But then, now, when we are adults, why do we take things that we found? Why do we extra-claim to our company for any trips? Why do we cheat when we pay at food counter?

Does it mean we can be rich and live forever for that extra hundreds? Does it mean the sin has TORs and only applicable we were small? Surely we are so stupid then...

Eid in KL

1. It is going to be a really good memory for us, especially Aisyah, since this is our third time celebrating Eid away from hometown.

2. The routine is quite boring. Go to mosque for Eid prayer, come back home, eat, visit friends and repeat~

3. May Allah bless all of us with Jannah~

Picky eater

1. So, Aisyah is a picky eater. That never bothered me until last month. She was sicked and her weight reduced a lot.

2. Starting since, I force her to take 4ml of appeton with lysine. It has multi-vitamins and also lysine. Since then, she changes slowly. Still a picky eater but it is better.

3. Kit kat and ice-cream are food with high sugar but since that help trigger her appetite, I have to compromise. Once in a while, while mom is away, I take her to speed99 and treat her with ice cream.

4. That is the best I could do~

Suede Cleaner by Bata

1. The main reason I bought it was to clean my wife soft-leather shoes. I went to Bata, told them the purpose and they suggested this.

2. A quite decent product since it removed the dirt, white powder on the leather and at the same time protected the leather itself. It made the shoes looked a lot better than before.

3. I tried on my sport shoes. My sport shoes were made of foam, fabric and plastic, so less suitable to wash with water and soap. Suede cleaner helped to remove the die-hard-fan-earth that sticked to the foam and fabric. Not 100% were removed but still a very good and impressive result.

4. The price is affordable. Rm 23 per bottle.

Sg Chiling waterfall

1. It was a quite easy level journey. From the registration hut to the waterfall, the distance is only 2.2km and it only took us 40 minutes of walking.

2. There are 6 river-crossing activities before we reach at the waterfall. However, we only crossed 5 rivers since the first river was only for "display".

3. It is advisable to go early in the morning to avoid people-congestion. They open the waterfall as early as 8am and close it by 6pm. If it is raining, back-off!!! Beware of water slugs.

4. The best shoes are crocs. Second is flip-flop. The worst choice of all is sneakers or sport shoes. We are going to cross 5 rivers and we expect to get wet, unless you got the bless to walk on water~

5. Please keep the trash with you all the time. The aim is to keep the place as clean as possible.

42 km of Marathon SCKLM

I registered for this event way before Ramadhan 2016.
PETRONAS Upstream had opened the registration to all with limited numbers of participants, made me want to try it and this time I wanted to challenge myself, can I do it? How far can I push it?

Starting then, I practiced daily. In average 10km a day without paying so much attention on the time. Sometimes, whenever I could, I pushed it more, 20km, 25km.

Life is full of challenge, I had my up and down. I injured myself for these trainings. It felt like my knee-caps were almost burst and that excruciating pain in my feet. It was for real. I took rest days and some suppliments like Chantiva, whey protein and fish-oil. It did help and I continued my trainings. For me, I'd be stupid if I do not training and just simply join the marathon. That is simply a suicide mission.

Till the day of the event, I was still skeptical, "can I do this?"
I just do it! During the running, it was so tiring but I was prepared, physically and mentally. That what the trainings were for. I did it! It took me about 5hours 30minutes to finish the whole full marathon. What an achievement!!!

And now I am training for another marathon.
I am looking forward for a new thing in my life since it keeps me mobile

Life without ending, without aging...

Life without ending, without aging~

There are few movies that talk about this issue... Age of adaline, Wolverine and so forth...

Most of people would think that it is a bless to live without aging, not getting old for forever. Indeed it is a curse! To live with a person together, you build your memories with that person, to have kids with that person, and slowly you watch them dying. Later on, you repeat the same thing with another person continuosly.

You start to question your existence, eventually the only thing that you wish and waiting for is death!!! Unfortunately you cannot have it. And you keep waiting for, while watching people around you start to leave you. That is totally so painful, the most painful thing that possibly could happen to you in the most cruel way...

But yet, people might see it with an amazement and wish for it. Instead, you would trade that for free. Indeed, which of the lord's favor that you have denied"~
