1. Getting old is not fun. Regardless, it is happening to everyone.
2. Before, you can last longer in any physical activities; walking, running, hiking, window-shopping. Now, after 2 hours, or maybe less, you gasp and start to look for benches.
3. Part of your routine is looking for grey hairs. There will be a new one, always...
4. Healing process start to take sometimes, compare to before. Because of that, I hate to get injured and try to avoid it as much as possible.
5. I got few tips from the old-timers; Eat less, make sure it is nutritious food. You will be hungry, but you will still have the energy. And I think it is working for me.
